Buahaha. Mary's a bit like a brasher more sweary Ianto isn't she? The last line reminded me of when they were talking about the alien in Meat and he said "and guess who'll be looking after it in the meantime." (or something similar, my brain's still quite frazzled from Dr Who last night...)
“If you're gonna take the piss, you could’ve at least got the fucking quote right!” That made me laugh when I read it. Considering Macbeth is the single greatest play ever written (I can recite the entire first scene - aren't I cool). The fact that I was in Shakespeare Land helped make the laughter stronger of course!
Off to read the next one now.

PS - yeah, well. It looked good from what I saw (Hamlet, not David... although...) It's a shame I left too early, I'd live there and go to productions every night if I could, they're amazing! Shrew was hilarious and poignant and superbly acted, Dream's set and costume was just amazing - the fact that I was at the front row in the middle of the Gods sort of helped with that: excellent seats, and cheap too - they were so beautiful! Merchant was really good, though I think they had a small budget, but I met the cast after that, they were all lovely. Oh, just to show off, I met the American woman in the grey skirt suit that was talking to Martha in last night's who. She played Tatania in Dream! =D
