I did 'um and ah' about the king/queen thing. At the point when Ianto is talking he hasn't revealled his age so I left it as 'her'(even though he goes on to say it not long after so maybe I shouldn't have) - I didn't want to give the clue away, and I think of Ianto being very guarded in what he says.
